Question: Am I required to obtain more than one estimate?
Answer: The answer to that is No. You have the right to take your car to whomever you want. The insurance company can only suggest where to take your vehicle. They cannot demand that you take it where they want. If you receive quotes from other collision repair shops, we will be happy to review them with you and discuss any differences that may be found.

Question: Should I make an appointment to have my car looked at?
Answer: It’s not necessary that you make an appointment. Walk-ins are always welcome. However, with people having busy schedules, you are more than welcome to schedule an appointment with us at a time that is convenient for you.
Our shop hours are Monday - Thursday 7am - 5pm and Friday 7am - 4pm

Question: Will you work with my insurance company?
Answer: Yes, we will work with all insurance companies. We will work side by side with them throughout the repair process to ensure all paper work is taken care of.

Question: How will I pay for the repairs?
Answer: We accept the following forms of payment: Visa, Mastercard, Debit cards, personal and/or insurance checks and cash. Payment must be made when car is picked up unless otherwise discussed.

Question: How long will it take to repair my car?
Answer: The time it takes to repair your car is dependent upon the extent of the damage. Hidden damage, which is always a possibility, may prolong the time we have your car and in this case, our staff will contact you.

Question: Will the paint match my car?
Answer: With our certified paint professional, we guarantee the paint will be the best possible match to your car. We use the highest quality of paint manufactured by PPG. Like at the factory, all our finishes are baked in our down draft spray booth.

Question: If I need to rent a car, who do you recommend?
Answer: We can assist you with renting a car from several local rental agencies.

Question: How soon after my car is fixed will I able to wash my car?
Answer: We recommend waiting about a week to wash your car and a month to wax it. Avoid running your vehicle through an automated car wash unless it is brushless.
